- Determine remaining actions required for application at 1146 Main Street (written notice, sign, legal notice), and assign responsibility.
- Determine date for Public Hearing on 1146 Main Street.

- In regard to Public Hearings discuss need for sign-in sheet for speakers, limit time for each speaker, mandatory applicant appearance, etc.
- Determine other Public Interest in Demo Delay; other than HDC.
